Immediate improvements needed for dirty carpets, poorly maintained furniture!!! A locked ice machine room and inadequate exterior lighting need attention for guest comfort and safety!!!

It was just a good pick for a quick weekend visit in Centennial with fantastic value for money. The room felt a bit outdated, but at least it was clean and I appreciated the friendly staff who helped me with my bags. Avoid the dark parking areas at night since they can be a bit sketchy.

I just stayed here for two nights, and while the staff were decent, I was disappointed by the cleanliness and the limited breakfast options. The room had some stains that weren't shown in the photos, and my overall experience didn't quite meet my expectations.

Staff helped me with my request promptly. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, which was annoying.

The staff member at the front desk provided exceptional service, making check-in smooth even during a busy period. The location is great, allowing easy access to nearby areas. However, the cleanliness of the room was subpar, with hair found on the floor upon arrival, and some areas showed signs of poor maintenance. Breakfast options were limited with no plates available, leaving me disappointed.

This place suits me perfectly with its 24-hour reception, business center, and non-smoking policy. I cherish how staff once helped me find my forgotten headphones. I'll always return for my trips!

Comfortable, convenient, cozy
I had the most good stay! The King Room was not only spacious but also offered a touch of warmth that made it feel like home. Every morning, I couldn't wait to dive into the breakfast spread, especially the yummy waffle maker that stole my heart.

Do recommend for a short visit
Comfortable bed, friendly staff, with specifics like a 24-hour reception and easy access to Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre made our stay enjoyable.
The hotel showed signs of needing updates and some areas felt neglected.

missingWrote a review on 29 Julcomfortable bedclean sheets
The bed was comfortable & had clean sheets linen. And there was leftover bread in the cabinet above the microwave like who leaves that? It's like a poor version of a quick overnight escape.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for a one-night stay.

Comfortable stay with great location
I enjoyed my stay, especially the convenient location near Fiddler's Green Amphitheater and plenty of dining options. The bed and sofa in my room were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. However, I noticed some outdated furnishings and a slight odor in the room that could use improvement.
